By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any other requirements designated by Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
OFFICIAL RULES
The [Clue 2022 Giveaway] (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on December 21st, 2022, at 12pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on December 31st, 2022 at 12pm EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Hasbro, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “Hasbro”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering the Sweepstakes, you (“Entrant” or “you”) accept and agree to follow these Official Rules.
1. Who is Eligible: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry in the U.S. State in which they reside.
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and members of their same households (related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. How to Enter: You must have an Instagram account to enter. Instagram accounts can be obtained by visiting www.instagram.com and following the onscreen instructions to create an account. During the Sweepstakes Period, @officialclue on Instagram will post a picture sharing the giveaway details. To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants must follow @officialclue on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and comment on the giveaway post with #sweepstakes that must be clear and conspicuous (above the fold). Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, or misdirected entries due to any reason.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER INSTAGRAM. ANY ENTRANT FOUND TO SUBMIT MUTIPLE ENTRIES OR USE MUTIPLE ACCOUNTS TO ENTER WILL BE INELIGIBLE.
3. Random Drawing: 1 winner will win the prize. Random drawing will take place on January 5th 2023 from all eligible entries received, and the winner will be notified by January 19th, 2023 via either direct message or comment on [post/photo] using winner’s handle used for the entry. All decisions made by Sponsor or its nominated agents on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. Winner will only be selected if he/she has complied with the Official Rules.

4. Prize Information; Approximate Retail Value and Odds of Winning: Winners will each receive one (1) prize selected by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, as described as follows:

Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prizes awarded. Gift cards are subject to the redemption policies of the issuer. The odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Each Winner must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release/publicity release (except where prohibited) and any other legal documents that Sponsor may require, within five (5) business days from notification in order to receive the prize. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may substitute an alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value. If a Winner either fails to timely provide his or her mailing address or declines a prize or fails to comply with any of the Official Rules, or if any prize is returned as undeliverable, such Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be chosen from the remaining pool of entries in accordance with the terms of the Official Rules at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, country, state and local taxes, and all other expenses associated with any prize. Where applicable, the prizes shall be delivered by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated agent to the Winners within the jurisdiction of the domicile provided by each Winner. 5. Winner Notification: All Winners will be notified by Sponsor via a private message to the Winner’s Instagram account (DM)s. If a Winner does not respond within [ 10 days] to the notification sent to his/her Instagram account after two (2) notifications have been sent by Sponsor, such Winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award to another eligible entrant chosen from the remaining pool of entries in accordance with the terms set forth herein. All verified and eligible Winners will be tagged (using only their Instagram username used to enter the Sweepstakes) under the original post on the official [Clue] Instagram account during the Sweepstakes Period. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, social media handle, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed for all business purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on a social media handle, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the social media handle submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a social media handle by a social media platform, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning social media handles.
6. Disqualification: Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Further, an Entrant’s entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if Entrant:
a. enters the Sweepstakes through any means other than described in these Official Rules;
b. attempts to disrupt the Sweepstakes, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tampers with any component of the Sweepstakes;
c. submits multiple entries in the Sweepstakes or submits entries generated or caused by script, macro or other automated means; or
d. submits an entry after the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period.
If any of the above occurs, Sponsor has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to forever and irrevocably release, discharge, indemnify, and hold Instagram, Sponsor and Impact Humanity Publishing and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agencies and all prize suppliers, harmless from any and all liability, losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including any activity related thereto, including without limitation to the fullest extent permitted by law personal injuries, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by Entrant or a third party. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to abide by and accept as final the Sponsor’s decisions and waives any right to appeal.
8. Publicity Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants Sponsor permission to use, except where prohibited by law, Winner’s name, Instagram username, image, likeness, and state of residence, for Sponsor’s advertising and promotional purposes in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world and on the Internet in perpetuity, without compensation or additional consents from Entrant and prior notice, approval or inspection.
9. MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: THE SPONSOR ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION OF, ENTRIES. THE SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK OR TELEPHONE LINES, COMPUTER ON-LINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, OR PROVIDERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, FAILURE OF ANY EMAIL OR ENTRY TO BE RECEIVED BY SPONSOR ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, HUMAN ERROR OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PARTICIPANT'S OR ANY OTHER PERSON'S COMPUTER RELATING TO OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. IF FOR ANY REASON THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING AS PLANNED DUE TO INFECTION BY COMPUTER VIRUS, BUGS, TAMPERING, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, FRAUD, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR WHICH CORRUPT OR AFFECT THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY, OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO TAMPERS WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS AND/OR TO CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND THE SWEEPSTAKES.

INFORMATION: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT GRANTS TO SPONSOR PERMISSION TO COLLECT, PROCESS, AND USE PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ENTRANT (INCLUDING, FOR EXAMPLE, NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, EMAIL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS, AND STATE OF RESIDENCE) AND TO TRANSFER SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF HIS/HER STATE OF RESIDENCE TO HASBRO, INC., IN THE UNITED STATES, WHICH MAY HAVE DIFFERENT PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION LAWS THAN ENTRANT’S STATE OF RESIDENCE.
Entrant may request access to and/or correction or deletion of Entrant’s personal information (in connection with the Sweepstakes) at any time by submitting such request to Sponsor’s Customer Service as set forth at https://corporate.hasbro.com/en-us/consumer-care. Any inquiries or complaints with respect to Entrant’s personal information should also be channeled to Sponsor in this manner. Entrant further acknowledges that it will be necessary for Sponsor to store and process Entrant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, without which Entrant will not be able to participate in the Sweepstakes.
11. PRIVACY: Sponsor will be collecting, processing, and using personal information provided by Entrants in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://docs.hasbro.com/en-us/legal/privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
12. Governing Law: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, and all disputes related thereto are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island in United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Right to Cancel Sweepstakes: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
14. Requesting Copies: These Official Rules can be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them. The NERF GELFIRE SOCIAL MEDIA CHALLENGE (the “Contest”) begins on October 15, 2022 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 13, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET (“Contest Period”). The sponsor of the Contest is Hasbro, Inc., 1027 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, RI 02861 (the “Sponsor” or “Hasbro”). This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. By entering the Contest, you (“Entrant” or “you”) accept and agree to follow these Official Rules. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper of the Contest.
1. Who is Eligible: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding RI, FL, and NY) who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry in the U.S. State in which they reside. By submitting an Entry, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any other requirements designated by Sponsor. The Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, fulfillment and advertising and promotion agencies (“Promotion Entities”), their immediate family, members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household of each such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of Entrants and Winners.
2. How to Enter (each, an “Entry”): Log into your personal TikTok account and set your account to “public”. Creating a TikTok account is free and can be obtained by visiting www.tiktok.com and following the onscreen instructions to create an account. You understand that your account activities, including any with respect to this Contest, are therefore subject to any applicable terms and privacy policies of that platform. During the Contest Period, create and post a video of yourself engaging with your NERF Gelfire and include the hashtags “#ContestEntry” and #NerfGelfireChallenge (each an “Entry”). IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE, ENTRANTS MUST POST ONE UNIQUE ENTRY PER DAY DURING THE CONTEST PERIOD. The hashtag must be clear and conspicuous (visible to all viewers without having to click additional buttons/prompts or having to scroll). Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, or misdirected Entries due to any reason.
LIMIT IS ONE UNIQUE ENTRY PER DAY DURING THE CONTEST PERIOD PER PERSON. ANY ENTRANT FOUND TO SUBMIT MULTIPLE ENTRIES PER DAY OR USE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS TO ENTER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. ENTRIES THAT ARE REPEATED OR DUPLICATIVE OR DO NOT CONTAIN THE REQUIRED HASHTAGS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
3. Eligible Entry Submission: Eligible Entries must be posted to Entrants’ personal TikTok channel during the Contest Period. All Entries must be original work, taken by the Entrant. In order to be an eligible Entry, no third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual properties or privacy of any entity or person. The Entry must be in its original state and not altered in any way, including but not limited to, removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame. Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via TikTok. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
Entries will be judged by the Sponsor. All decisions of Sponsor are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to these Official Rules. By entering the Contest, entrants agree that Entries submitted can be used by the Sponsor for advertising purposes.

4. Judges and Judging Criteria:
a) The Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges chosen by Sponsor. The Judges will review the eligible Entries based on the following criteria (“Criteria”) and will choose four (4) winners (“Winners”).
b) The Judges will select four (4) Winners based on the following judging criteria.
5. Winner: There will be four (4) Winners (each a “Winner, together “Winners”). The Winners will be selected from eligible Entries received as follows: one Winner will be selected from all Entries received during each applicable calendar week of the Contest (each a “Weekly Winner”) and one Grand Prize Winner will be selected from all Entries received during the Contest Period. All decisions made by Judges and Sponsor on all matters relating to the Contest are final and binding. Winner will only be selected if he/she has complied with the Official Rules.

Additional Prize award details may be provided to the Winner at the time of the Prize notification. No substitutions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner is subject to verification (including verification of age) and must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release/publicity release (except where prohibited) and any other legal documents that Sponsor may require, within five (5) business days from notification in order to receive the prize. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.
If a Winner either fails to timely provide his or her mailing address or declines a prize or fails to comply with any of the Official Rules, or if any prize is returned as undeliverable, such Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be chosen from the remaining pool of Entries in accordance with the terms of the Official Rules at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, country, state and local taxes, and all other expenses associated with any prize. Where applicable, the prizes shall be delivered by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated agent to the Winners within the jurisdiction of the domicile provided by each Winner.
7. Winner Notification: Weekly Winners will be notified by Sponsor via direct message on the TikTok account by which the Winner entered the Contest at the end of the applicable week during which their winning Entry was posted. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by Sponsor via direct message on the TikTok account by which the Winner entered the Contest on or around November 18, 2022. If a potential Winner does not respond within 24 hours to the notification sent to his/her TikTok account after notification has been sent by Sponsor, such potential Winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to choose another eligible Entrant chosen from the remaining pool of Entries as a potential Winner in accordance with the terms set forth herein. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner based on a social media handle, the winning Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the social media handle submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a social media handle by a social media platform, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning social media handles.
8. Disqualification: Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Further, an Entrant’s Entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if Entrant:
a. enters the Contest through any means other than described in these Official Rules,
b. attempts to disrupt the Contest, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tampers with any component of the Contest,
c. submits an Entry which is disruptive to the spirit of the Contest or which otherwise promotes behavior or content that is disruptive, harmful or tarnishes Hasbro or any third party or person;
d. submits Entries from multiple TikTok accounts or submits Entries generated or caused by script, macro, or other automated means; or
e. submits an entry after the expiration of the Contest Period.
If any of the above occurs, Sponsor has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Contest, Entrant agrees to forever and irrevocably release, discharge, indemnify, and hold ByteDance Ltd., Sponsor, Sponsor’s Licensors and Promotion Entities and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agencies and all prize suppliers, harmless from any and all liability, losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including any activity related thereto, including without limitation to the fullest extent permitted by law personal injuries, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by Entrant or a third party. By entering the Contest, each Entrant agrees to abide by and accept as final the Sponsor’s decisions and waives any right to appeal.
10. Publicity Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Contest, all Entrants grant Sponsor perpetual, worldwide permission to use, except where prohibited by law, any Entrant’s name, Entry, TikTok username, image, likeness, and state of residence, for Sponsor’s advertising and promotional purposes in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world and on the Internet in perpetuity, without compensation or additional consents from Entrant and prior notice, approval or inspection.

MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: THE SPONSOR ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION OF, ENTRIES. THE SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK OR TELEPHONE LINES, COMPUTER ON-LINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, OR PROVIDERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, FAILURE OF ANY EMAIL OR ENTRY TO BE RECEIVED BY SPONSOR ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, HUMAN ERROR OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PARTICIPANT'S OR ANY OTHER PERSON'S COMPUTER RELATING TO OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS IN THIS CONTEST. IF FOR ANY REASON THIS CONTEST IS NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNING AS PLANNED DUE TO INFECTION BY COMPUTER VIRUS, BUGS, TAMPERING, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, FRAUD, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR WHICH CORRUPT OR AFFECT THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY, OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THIS CONTEST, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO TAMPERS WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS AND/OR TO CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND THE CONTEST.
12. INFORMATION: BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANT GRANTS TO SPONSOR PERMISSION TO COLLECT, PROCESS, AND USE PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ENTRANT (INCLUDING, FOR EXAMPLE, NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, EMAIL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS, AND STATE OF RESIDENCE) AND TO TRANSFER SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF HIS/HER STATE OF RESIDENCE TO HASBRO, INC., IN THE UNITED STATES, WHICH MAY HAVE DIFFERENT PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION LAWS THAN ENTRANT’S STATE OF RESIDENCE.
13. Data Deletion: Entrant may request access to and/or correction or deletion of Entrant’s personal information (in connection with the Contest) at any time by submitting such request to Sponsor’s Customer Service as set forth at https://corporate.hasbro.com/en-us/consumer-care. Any inquiries or complaints with respect to Entrant’s personal information should also be channeled to Sponsor in this manner. Entrant further acknowledges that it will be necessary for Sponsor to store and process Entrant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the Contest, without which Entrant will not be able to participate in the Contest.
14. Privacy: Sponsor will be collecting, processing, and using personal information provided by Entrants in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://hasbropulse.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Contest, you agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
15. Governing Law: By entering the Contest, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that these Official Rules, the Contest, and all disputes related thereto are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island in United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

17. Right to Cancel Contest: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest.

3. Random Drawing: There will be a total of forty-seven (47) Winners (each a “Winner”, together “Winners”). For each of the Brand Posts for the following: Star Wars, Marvel, Transformers, Power Rangers, and GI Joe, , two (2) Winners will be selected from Instagram entries, two (2) Winners will be selected from Twitter entries, and (2) Winners will be selected from Facebook entries for a total of thirty (30) Winners. For the Brand Posts for GI Joe Movie and Pan Brands, a total of seventeen (17) Winners will be randomly selected from a pool of Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook entries.

Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prizes awarded. The odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Winner Notification: All Winners will be notified by Sponsor via a private message to the Winner’s Instagram account and Facebook account used to enter the Sweepstakes with additional instructions. If a Winner does not respond within 48 hours to the notification sent to his/her account after two (2) notifications have been sent by Sponsor, such Winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award to another eligible entrant randomly selected from the remaining pool of entries in accordance with the terms set forth herein. · 30% Accuracy – how closely the resemblance to original character
· 30% Craftsmanship – the quality and detail of costume and props
· 40% Creativity – did design challenges get solved in interesting ways – for example, materials or techniques

a) The Entries will be evaluated by a panel of three (3) judges chosen by Sponsor and one independent celebrity judge (“Judges”). The Judges will review the eligible Entries based on the following criteria (“Criteria”) between the dates of September 19 and 21, 2020 and will choose four (4) winners (“Winners”).
b) The Judges will select four (4) Winners based on the following judging criteria.
· 30% Accuracy – how closely the resemblance to original character
· 30% Craftsmanship – the quality and detail of costume and props
· 40% Creativity – did design challenges get solved in interesting ways – for example, materials or techniques
